The ideal candidate will manage the entry of orders received through various channels including fax, email, and in-person requests.

They will be responsible for addressing inquiries via phone and email related to these orders and ensuring timely follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming phone calls.
  • Process orders through email, fax, phone, and face-to-face interactions.

Qualifications
