Job Title: Building Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at 5006991 Ontario Inc.

Job Summary:

The Building Maintenance Worker will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, and wax floors, as well as clean windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Trash and Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and ensure that the facilities are kept clean and free of debris.
  • Minor Repairs: Perform minor repairs on appliances and equipment, and contact contractors for more complex repairs.
  • Safety and Security: Perform safety and security checks, and ensure that the facilities are secure and well-maintained.
  • Heavy Lifting: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.

Please note that this is a permanent position, and we are looking for a candidate who is available to work a regular schedule.
