Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Analyst, Investment Finance and Administration to join our team. As a key member of our investment operations team, you will provide support for the execution of the investment-related operations of our Agriculture, Private Equity, and Private Credit investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide analysis and review of documentation prepared by fund administrators for investment-related operations of the Funds of the investment strategies
  • Assist in the analysis and review of monthly and quarterly financial information and investor reporting for the Funds
  • Participate in the review of financial statements and notes of the Funds
  • Prepare monthly financial dashboards and reports for the Fund
  • Prepare and respond to various ad-hoc questions and reporting requests from internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in the documentation, implementation, and maintenance of adequate and effective internal controls and procedures
  • Take on various roles and tasks to support the growth of the business

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • CPA designation is required
  • 3 years of relevant experience in private market fund, direct investments accounting, and financial reporting
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Bilingualism required (fluency in French and English)
  • Ability and flexibility to adapt to a wide range of roles
