Senior General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior General Manager to lead our team at Sienna Senior Living. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving the operational success of our senior living residences.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing management team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement short- and long-term operational plans to drive efficiency, occupancy, and revenue growth.
- Strategic Partnerships: Foster positive relationships with health and service providers, business leaders, and community agencies to promote our services and enhance our reputation.
- Resident Experience: Ensure a high level of resident satisfaction by responding promptly to concerns and implementing action plans to prevent reoccurrence.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure site-level compliance with all applicable provincial regulations and mitigate risks to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal resources to create an optimum working environment, engaging team members and promoting a positive culture.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in retirement living, hospitality, or a similar sector.
- Skills: Proven track record of effective team management, budget management, and operational excellence; experience in sales and marketing; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
