We are seeking a skilled Tobacco Farm Worker to join our team at Neville Farms Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply horticultural techniques to cultivate and irrigate crops
  • Remove weeds and manually remove suckers and water sprouts
  • Harvest and cut horticultural crops
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
  • Stand for extended periods and perform physical labour
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation
  • Ability to distinguish between colours and attention to detail
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and flexibility
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a physically demanding environment
Work Environment:

Work will be performed outdoors in a wet/damp, dusty, and hot environment with exposure to noise.

Work Schedule:

40 to 80 hours per week, with a seasonal work term.

Language:

English.
