Tobacco Farm Worker Job Description

At Neville Farms Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Tobacco Farm Worker to join our team. As a Tobacco Farm Worker, you will be responsible for planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops, as well as removing suckers and water sprouts. You will also be required to apply the technique of hoeing between rows, clean the crops, and harvest them. Additionally, you will need to transport the crops and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

The work site environment is outdoors, wet/damp, dusty, and hot. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel. You will also need to have good hand-eye coordination, be able to distinguish between colours, and have attention to detail.
