Accounts Payable and Receivable Administrator

Adecco Canada is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable and Receivable Administrator to join our team in Picton, ON.

Job Summary

This role offers a competitive hourly wage and is responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payment and invoicing.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, contracts, and bank statements.
  • Communicate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve invoicing and payment discrepancies.
  • Prepare and process journal entries, reconcile accounts, and verify accounts to summarize financial information.
  • Monitor and reconcile monthly invoicing for individualized funding, reconcile monthly MasterCard accounts, and complete bank reconciliations.
Requirements:
  • Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
  • Minimum of 2 years in an Accounts Payable and Receivable position.
  • Possess a full class G driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in digital accounting processes.
