We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our team at Ponoka Physiotherapy and Acupuncture clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Administer a range of massage techniques, including soft tissue manipulation, relaxation methods, and hydrotherapy, to alleviate pain and discomfort in clients.
- Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans to address their specific concerns.
- Communicate effectively with clients, explaining procedures, risks, and benefits, and maintaining accurate records of treatments provided.
- Work in a private practice setting, providing a safe and comfortable environment for clients to receive treatment.
- Certification by a provincial or territorial association for massage therapists.
- Experience an asset, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a temporary work term, with 20-30 hours per week. The work language is English.
