Baile-Mor Salonspa is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. As a Massage Therapist - Body Wellness Specialist, you will provide exceptional massage therapy services to our clients, promoting relaxation, relief, and overall well-being.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong education in massage therapy, with a focus on soft tissue manipulation, relaxation techniques, and hydrotherapy. You will be responsible for administering massage techniques, assessing clients, and proposing treatment plans. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients, while your attention to detail will ensure accurate records of treatments given.

A strong candidate will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and management. You will be required to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including health and dental insurance, and a generous paid time off policy.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer massage techniques through soft tissue manipulation, relaxation techniques, hydrotherapy, trigger point therapy, joint pain and lower grade mobilizations
  • Apply finger and hand pressure to specific points of the body
  • Assess clients by conducting range of motion and muscle tests and propose treatment plans
  • Explain procedures, risks and benefits to clients
  • Maintain records of treatments given
  • Massage and knead muscles and soft tissues of the body
  • Suggest home care instructions and provide information about techniques
