Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate and develop a team of project managers and coordinators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple projects from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Oversee project teams and provide guidance and support to project managers and coordinators.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to overcome project challenges.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Leadership Team to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure the safe execution of projects, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and best practices.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary certificate or degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in construction, with at least 8 years of experience in project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Knowledge of construction industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
