The ideal candidate will manage a commercial portfolio, working closely with producers and insurance companies to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage commercial accounts by collaborating with producers and insurance companies.
- Oversee administrative operations, including renewals, endorsements, cancellations, billing, certificates, binders, quoting, cross-selling, up-selling, and general inquiries.
- Represent the company at industry events and cultivate relationships with insurance carriers.
- Utilize sales skills to grow client relationships and expand the client base.
- Work with major insurance portals to provide comprehensive commercial insurance solutions.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- 3-5 years of insurance experience.
- CIP or equivalent insurance designation preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meticulous attention to detail.
