Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Transpacific Wealth Express Financial Group Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Policy Administration: Ensure that all necessary forms, medical examinations, and policy requirements are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Claims Management: Monitor insurance claims and respond promptly to clients' inquiries, providing clear and concise information.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on various insurance products, including automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other types of insurance, to effectively advise clients on their options.
- Sales and Marketing: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and promoting our insurance services to meet their needs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
- Licenses and Certifications: Provincial or territorial license is required.
- Language: Fluency in English is essential.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
