About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Expert Electrical Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our team, including maintaining accurate records, managing files, and performing data entry tasks.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Communication: Respond to incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and ensure that all messages are relayed to the relevant personnel in a timely manner.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, and ensure that all materials are accurate and well-formatted.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, order supplies, and ensure that all necessary materials are available when needed.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and ensure that all data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment and will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
