Your role will involve driving the development of Lenovo RAID/HBA products and solutions with our partners. You'll support the design, development, and debug of new RAID/HBA subsystem solutions and ensure their successful lifecycle. You'll work closely with the server platform engineering team to implement and design solutions, leading the debug of complex issues and root cause investigation.

As a technology focal point on RAID/HBA products, you'll support other functional areas within the broader team. You'll manage lab hardware setup and configuration, as well as site-to-site shipments and tracking. You'll collaborate with our worldwide team in a dynamic environment.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. You'll have at least 5 years of experience in HW/FW/DD Design of Storage and Server subsystems, prior Storage industry experience with RAID/HBA technology, and at least 1 year of experience with PCIe/NVMe, SAS, SATA protocols.

You'll also need previous Protocol analyzer experience, experience with Hardware and Storage debug, and proficiency in Linux/Windows/VMWare Operating systems. Knowledge of HW Development processes and Server technologies, including HW, UEFI, BMC architecture, is also essential.
