Key Responsibilities- Provide Comprehensive Nursing Care
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs of residents.
- Develop and maintain individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each resident.
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team
- Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and develop strategies for improving outcomes.
- Ensure Resident Safety and Comfort
- Conduct regular safety checks to identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote resident comfort, dignity, and well-being.
- Maintain Accurate Records and Reports
- Document resident care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare and submit reports as required by regulatory agencies and RhynoCare management.
- Education and Certification
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Skills and Abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Personal Qualities
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care.
