Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 2407584 ALBERTA LTD. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision
Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties, providing guidance, and conducting performance reviews.
Merchandise ManagementOrder merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
Sales and Customer ServiceSupervise sales floor activities, provide excellent customer service, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Operations and AdministrationEstablish work schedules, oversee payroll administration, and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role
This is a temporary full-time position, working 32 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
