Retail Store Manager

As a Retail Store Supervisor at CHIEF MOUNTAIN HUSKY, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. This includes managing sales floor activities, supervising sales associates, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties to ensure efficient sales floor operations.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise and authorize returns to maintain an attractive and well-stocked store environment.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules to meet business needs and ensure adequate staffing.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate activities of sales associates to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
