    • Assign tasks and duties to staff members to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Merchandise Management
    • Order and receive merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and optimal stock levels.
    • Authorize returns and exchanges, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Store Operations
    • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
    • Prepare sales reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • HR and Administration
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members.
    • Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely payment of staff.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
Working Conditions
