Store Operations Supervisor

Become a Key Player at PVH
We are on the lookout for a dedicated Floor Supervisor to join our team at TOMMY HILFIGER in a Full-Time capacity.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager, contributing to various aspects of store operations, including team management, product presentation, and maintaining visual standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspiring and guiding the store team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and enhance sales performance.
- Optimizing team productivity while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Fostering associate development through effective training and constructive feedback.
- Exhibiting strong communication skills and efficient time management.
As a Supervisor, your contributions will be vital in driving sales, mentoring team members, and upholding the TH brand image throughout the store.
Additionally, you will oversee operational duties such as managing inventory receipts, ensuring store security, and executing opening and closing protocols.
Leadership Duties: This includes identifying talent, nurturing team members, and cultivating a positive workplace culture.
Merchandising and Visual Responsibilities: You will be tasked with making informed business decisions, maintaining store aesthetics, and implementing merchandising updates.
