Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at D&G Subzi Mandi Cash & Carry. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the store, including managing inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and improve merchandising displays.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Financial Management: Process transactions, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail management experience
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills
Work Environment

Our store is a fast-paced retail environment with a team-oriented culture. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
