The role of Senior Supervisor in Distribution is critical to ensuring a seamless and efficient flow of products and supplies within our Distribution Centre. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about operational excellence and team leadership.

The Distribution team is dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences through a well-structured Distribution Network, ensuring that every aspect of the operation runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of operational performance within the Distribution Centre.
- Oversee the intake process for incoming shipments.
- Manage both direct and indirect activities related to fulfilling outgoing shipments.
- Coordinate the movement of inventory throughout the Distribution Network.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
- Collaborate with Business Support partners to effectively manage daily operations while fostering career development opportunities for team members.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Senior Supervisor role will possess:
- Demonstrated experience and/or relevant certifications in Distribution Centre management, retail operations, or distribution automation.
