Lead a Team to Excellence

The Senior Supervisor, Distribution, will oversee the team to:

  • Drive operational efficiency within our Distribution Centres
  • Coordinate the intake of shipments arriving to our Distribution Network
  • Facilitate the direct and indirect activities involved in fulfilling shipments, sent from our Distribution Network
  • Ensure the movement of inventory within our Distribution Network
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Collaborate with Business Support partners to lead the day-to-day function of the department, supporting corporate objectives and employee development

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven leadership skills in Distribution Centre operations, apparel, or retail
  • A commitment to Aritzia's Values and Business Leadership principles
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • A focus on quality and results-driven approach

Compensation and Benefits

Aritzia offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 CAD per year, with opportunities for growth and recognition. Our compensation package includes comprehensive benefits, aspirational workspaces, and elevated employee perks and experiences.
