Distribution Centre Supervisor Senior

Lead a Team to Excellence
The Senior Supervisor, Distribution, will oversee the team to:
- Maintain operational efficiency within the Distribution Centres
- Coordinate the receipt of shipments at our Distribution Network
- Facilitate the direct and indirect activities involved in fulfilling shipments from our Distribution Network
- Coordinate the movement of inventory within our Distribution Network
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment
- Collaborate with Business Support partners to lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven leadership skills in Distribution Centre operations, apparel, or retail
- A commitment to Aritzia's Values and Business Leadership principles
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- A focus on quality and results-driven approach
Compensation and Benefits
Aritzia offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 CAD per year, with opportunities for growth and recognition. Our compensation package includes comprehensive benefits, aspirational workspaces, and elevated employee perks and experiences.
