Customer Service Representative

Xplore Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cornwall, ON. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in both English and French.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers in a courteous, knowledgeable, and professional manner.
- Listen to customers and probe as necessary to discover needs while fulfilling customer expectations in a way that also complies with policies, practices, and procedures.
- Provide general account, billing, and technical support to our customers.
- Process service orders.
- Maintain accuracy of customer databases.
- Assist with reporting and administration.
- Maintain service levels and achieve business and performance goals and objectives.
- Completion of post-secondary education in a related field (or equivalent level of experience).
- Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for anticipating, recognizing, and resolving technical issues.
- Previous customer service experience is an asset.
- Strong computer and troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Operating Systems; experience with MAC and/or Linux is an asset.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in technical and non-technical terms.
- Self-motivated and driven with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow guidelines and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task while adapting in a fast-paced work environment.
- Bilingualism is an asset (French/English).
