**Job Summary**: We’re looking for a **Customer Service Representative** to join our team You’ll be providing exceptional service to our existing and potential customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Processing a high volume of orders, from entry to shipment
- Answering incoming calls concerning a variety of topics
- Configuring truckload quantities of our products to prepare for shipment
- Communicating daily with production and logistics to coordinate order flow and shipments

**Required Education and Experience**

Associate degree is preferred but will accept experience.

**Preferred Education and Experience and Certification**

High School diploma or equivalent.

Minimum two years customer service experience.

Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.

Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Broad experience with ERP packages, PCs, and PC-based software (Excel, Word, etc.)

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and /or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and peripheral vision.
