Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Supervisor to oversee our culinary operations at Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill. This role is essential in ensuring that our dining experience meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the food service industry or equivalent experience.
Work Environment

The position is based in a fast-paced restaurant setting, where you will be expected to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules effectively.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel.
  • Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Prepare and submit relevant reports as required.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
