We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Park Inn Motel. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the cleaning team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect sites and facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, and renovations.
  • Assist cleaning staff with their duties as required.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure optimal productivity.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks related to cleaning and maintenance.
