Parts Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Parts Advisor to join our team at AWIN Group of Dealerships. As a key member of our Parts Department, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our parts sales and service processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with their parts needs, providing expert advice and guidance on our extensive product range.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of parts orders, including over-the-counter and phone sales.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new and improved products.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and service targets, while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
- Perform stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring seamless parts availability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating competitive pricing and ensuring timely delivery of parts.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a retail auto parts department.
- Proficiency in CDK and/or Reynolds and Reynolds software systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
