As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for all our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration and Check-In/Check-Out
- Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Room Reservations and Management
- Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Guest Services
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including dining options, amenities, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Administrative Tasks
- Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform clerical duties, such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
- Communication and Teamwork
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff.
- Work collaboratively with the front desk team to ensure seamless guest service.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Will train.
