Job Summary
As a Store Team Supervisor at Savers, you'll play a critical role in driving business results and developing your team members. You'll make important decisions that impact store success and continuously develop and empower your team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
- Make data-driven decisions to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
