Position Overview

As a Dining Operations Supervisor at Indian Courtyard Restaurant, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily activities of our establishment. Your leadership will ensure that our restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently, providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and enhance daily operational processes
  • Adjust culinary preparation techniques and pricing based on budgetary considerations
  • Recruit and train new team members
  • Establish and manage staff schedules
  • Oversee and mentor restaurant personnel
  • Organize and control inventory levels
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Negotiate supply agreements with vendors
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
Work Environment

This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. The primary language of communication in this role is English.
