Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at JMS Food Enterprises Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are delivered to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food meets quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing stock levels.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and evaluate food service staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to feedback and concerns in a timely manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Health Benefits: Dental plan, health care plan, and other benefits as per company policy.
40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required.
