Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive and personalized service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist clients with their everyday banking needs, including transactions, account management, and financial planning.

Requirements
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Digital literacy and proficiency in using a range of digital tools and platforms.
  • Fluency in second language Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
