As a Customer Care Agent, your primary role will be to address customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone and email, ensuring effective resolution of their concerns. You will handle both standard and some intricate issues, providing solutions or necessary information to the customers. Additionally, you will assess customer service requirements and coordinate with other departments for further assistance when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and managing account-related questions, including resolving complaints. Perform data entry tasks, such as processing orders, tracking shipments, and generating reports. Manage invoicing for customer accounts efficiently. Investigate and resolve customer issues, serving as a liaison between customers and other departments as needed.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a College Degree is preferred. 2-4 years of relevant experience in customer service. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage in a diverse work environment. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Capacity to perform well under pressure. Keen attention to detail. Ability to interact with individuals in a sensitive, tactful, and professional manner at all times. Proficient in computer usage, including ERP systems, MS Excel, and MS Office Suite.
