In alignment with the organization's established vision and values, the Respiratory Therapist operates in accordance with the professional standards set by the Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapists (CSRT) and within a client-centered care framework.
Deliver comprehensive respiratory care in a collaborative setting to clients with various health conditions, including acute and chronic respiratory illnesses. Work both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team to enhance the quality of life for clients and their families. Engage in consultations and collaboration with other healthcare professionals. Commit to continuous improvement and best practices in respiratory care while maintaining and advancing personal clinical skills. Participate in committees, teams, and approved research initiatives as assigned.
Work Schedule: Days - 07:45 to 19:00, Rotating
New Compensation:
The updated wage is: $47.31/hour
