Key Responsibilities:
- Plumbing: Execute repairs or installations including sinks, drains, faucets, and toilets, along with occasional unblocking tasks.
- Electrical Work: Install lighting fixtures, replace outdated outlets and switches, and conduct checks on appliances and smoke detectors.
- Painting and Plastering: Carry out necessary repairs and refresh the aesthetics of interiors.
- Interior Finishing: Work on mouldings, frames, kitchen counters, ceramics, and other finishing elements.
- Building Envelope Maintenance: Perform sealing, caulking, and occasional concrete work as needed.
- General Maintenance Tasks: Undertake various responsibilities related to the maintenance role as required.
- Emergency Response: Be available for emergency calls during evenings and weekends, if desired, with compensation per outing.
- Experience: A minimum of five (5) years in building maintenance and renovation is required.
- Qualifications: Professional certifications in construction, renovation, or maintenance are advantageous.
- Team Collaboration: Demonstrate a strong ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Adaptability: Exhibit the capacity to handle unexpected situations efficiently.
- Driver's License: A valid and recognized driver's license is necessary.
