At ANDRITZ, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, business controlling, project controlling, and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the organization's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, including the preparation of financial forecasts and long-term financial plans.
- Provide financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, business controlling, and financial reporting.
- Manage working capital and optimize financial performance.
- Prepare and review monthly and yearly financial statements for the Canadian divisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required. Master's degree preferred.
- At least 10 years' experience in progressively senior-level financial or accounting/audit positions, ideally with a large international corporation.
- Demonstrated supervisory capabilities.
- Skilled in financial analysis, preparation of statements, and corporate reporting.
- Able to identify risks and opportunities to provide feedback on decisions affecting financial results.
- Strong PC skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with SAP or similar ERP accounting systems.

- Competitive salary range: $170,000 to $200,000 CAD based on a work week.
