Director of Finance

ANDRITZ is seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial professional to join our team as Director of Finance. This key role will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, business controlling, project controlling, and analysis, to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the organization's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, including the preparation of financial forecasts and long-term financial plans.
  • Provide financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, business controlling, and financial reporting.
  • Manage working capital and optimize financial performance.
  • Prepare and review monthly and yearly financial statements for the Canadian divisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required. Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years' experience in progressively senior-level financial or accounting/audit positions, ideally with a large international corporation.
  • Demonstrated supervisory capabilities.
  • Skilled in financial analysis, preparation of statements, and corporate reporting.
  • Able to identify risks as well as opportunities to provide feedback on decisions affecting financial results of the company.
  • Strong PC skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP accounting systems.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $170,000 to $200,000 CAD based on a work week, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
