Key Responsibilities:
- Execute production ground and flight evaluations to validate aircraft airworthiness.
- Perform demonstration flights for prospective clients.
- Conduct Customer Acceptance flights.
- Undertake Ferry flights.
- Manage pre and post-flight procedures.
- Availability to support weekend schedules for extended durations may be required.
- Potential support for the Bombardier Flight Test Center.
- Conduct manual and documentation reviews as necessary.
What is needed to excel in this role?
- Possession of a valid Canadian ATPL and a Class 1 medical certificate.
- A minimum of 3,500 hours of total flight experience, including 500 hours as Pilot-in-Command on large multi-engine aircraft.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel on short notice.
- Previous flight test experience or a robust technical background in certification or training is advantageous.
- A US ATP is a plus.
- Legal authorization to work and reside in Canada is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team.

The ability to fulfill the responsibilities of an aircraft commander while fostering a positive and cooperative rapport with crew and management is essential.

Proficiency in MS Office is also required.
