Your Responsibilities:
- Perform production ground and flight evaluations to ensure the aircraft's airworthiness.
- Conduct demonstration flights for prospective clients.
- Facilitate Customer Acceptance flights.
- Execute Ferry flights.
- Carry out pre-flight and post-flight procedures.
- Support weekend schedules as needed for extended periods.
- Assist at the Bombardier Flight Test Center when required.
- Review manuals and other documentation as necessary.
What We Seek in Our Ideal Candidate:
- Possession of a valid Canadian ATPL and a Class 1 medical certificate.
- A minimum of 3,500 hours of total flight experience, including 500 hours as Pilot-in-Command on large multi-engine aircraft.
- Willingness to work irregular hours and travel on short notice.
- Previous flight test experience or a solid technical background in certification or training is a significant advantage.
- A US ATP is considered an asset.
- Eligibility to work and reside in Canada is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Ability to fulfill the responsibilities of an aircraft commander while fostering a positive and cooperative relationship with crew and management.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
