Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Consultant to join our team at Best Buy Express. As a Seasonal Sales Consultant, you will be an expert in all things tech and telecommunications, providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Contribute to the team's success by achieving personal sales goals and working closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest tech and telecommunications products and services to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
- Participate in immersive and hands-on training programs to develop skills and knowledge in sales, customer service, and technology.
Requirements:
- Passion for tech, telecommunications, and sales.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills.
- Experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Fluency in English is required, with additional languages an asset.
