Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Instrumentation Technician to join our team at Lakeside Process Controls Ltd. As an Instrumentation Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our customers' process automation systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform on-site and shop services, including configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of measurement and indicating instrumentation devices.
  • Develop skills related to our services capabilities and offerings, including calibrations and calibration management.
  • Install and maintain measurement and indicating instrumentation devices, as well as control systems and panel fabrication.
  • Support shutdown and turnaround maintenance, as well as support agreements.
  • Maintain an organized and safe work site, adhering to our robust ISO Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
Requirements
  • Instrumentation Engineering Technologist Diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years of prior experience in a related field.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Able to climb ladders/stairs and work at heights, as well as work in congested spaces.
  • Knowledge of measurement devices, electronics, and basic electrical circuits.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot problems.
