We are seeking a highly skilled Instrumentation Technician to join our team at Lakeside Process Controls Ltd. As an Instrumentation Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our customers' process automation systems.
Key Responsibilities- Perform on-site and shop services, including configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of measurement and indicating instrumentation devices.
- Develop skills related to our services capabilities and offerings, including calibrations and calibration management.
- Install and maintain measurement and indicating instrumentation devices, as well as control systems and panel fabrication.
- Support shutdown and turnaround maintenance, as well as support agreements.
- Maintain an organized and safe work site, adhering to our robust ISO Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
- Instrumentation Engineering Technologist Diploma or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of prior experience in a related field.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Able to climb ladders/stairs and work at heights, as well as work in congested spaces.
- Knowledge of measurement devices, electronics, and basic electrical circuits.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot problems.
