As a Cafeteria Service Associate, you will enhance your skills while engaging with colleagues and management, paving the way for future career opportunities in Culinary Arts or Guest Services within the Food & Beverage sector.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Delivering consistently professional, engaging, and friendly service to all staff members. Collaborating with the Chef to understand daily tasks and ensure smooth operations. Assisting the culinary team with basic preparation tasks in the kitchen. Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all areas within the staff cafeteria. Understanding the presentation and preparation of all menu offerings. Communicating daily with cooks regarding inventory and production needs. Keeping the prep list updated and checking it regularly. Restocking clean dishes, utensils, and trays as necessary. Replenishing condiments and food items in the salad bar. Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of all high-touch surfaces. Sweeping and mopping floors to maintain a tidy environment. Adhering to ALLSAFE protocols throughout the workspace. Performing additional duties as assigned. Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

A minimum of 6 months of experience in food and beverage service. Safe Food Handling Certification is mandatory. Ability to lift, carry, and pull up to 50 lbs, with the capacity to stand and walk throughout the shift. Comfort with kitchen equipment, including ovens, stoves, and fryers. Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and attention to detail. Additional Information
