About the Role

E.B. Horsman & Son, a leading electrical distributor, is seeking a skilled Pricing Coordinator to join our team at our Head Office in Surrey. As a Pricing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely pricing for our products, supporting data governance best practices, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain item and special pricing agreements (SPAs) in our ERP system, Prophet 21
  • Follow standard operating procedures for pricing issues and ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Review and load item pricing and information into the ERP system
  • Maintain and update pricing from local, national, and international suppliers
  • Monitor and reconcile rebates, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies
  • Collaborate with Accounts Payable and other teams to provide necessary information
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working with databases or ERP systems
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Advanced computer skills, including high proficiency in Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and propose solutions
