Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Coordinator to join our team at our Head Office in Surrey, BC. As a Pricing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of product pricing across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and maintain item and special pricing agreements (SPAs) in our ERP system
- Follow standard operating procedures for all items' pricing issues
- Review and load item pricing and item information into the ERP system
- Maintain and update pricing from local, national, and international suppliers
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple products and categories
- Monitor SPAs, load, verify changes, and answer inquiries
- Create supporting documents for EBH Sales Reps and other colleagues
- Maintain the accuracy of rebates on regular or temporary items
- Review discrepancies, reconcile, and process monthly rebates
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable through the Ship & Credit/Debit process
- 2+ years of experience working with databases or ERP systems
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Advanced computer skills with high proficiency in Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to form strategic partnerships and build relationships
