Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to take on the role of Head of Internship Programs at goeasy Ltd. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for the effective management and execution of essential initiatives, portfolios, programs, and projects throughout the organization.

Reporting directly to the Vice President of IT Portfolio Management and Transformation, you will guide a team of skilled Project Managers to ensure that all projects are delivered in alignment with goeasy's strategic growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the Internship Programs team in implementing project delivery through established execution principles and methodologies.
  • Provide consistent updates on project status to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Finance department to oversee planning and budgeting processes.
  • Serve as a key liaison among project resources, IT, and the Executive Team.
  • Mentor and cultivate a team of program and project managers.
Qualifications
  • Over 10 years of experience in managing project portfolios.
  • Proven ability to lead program management processes effectively.
  • PMP Designation is considered an asset.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects with distinct budgets.
