Front Desk Supervisor

As a Front Desk Supervisor at FirstService Residential, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our residential communities. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our residents, clients, and visitors, while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide assistance and support to residents, clients, and visitors, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage and screen messages, ensuring that all communication is handled in a timely and efficient manner.
- Schedule access for authorized vendors to provide services within units, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Ensure the physical building is safe and secure, observing floors and stairways for debris, obstructions, and fire hazards.
- Enforce client rules, regulations, and laws, assisting police and medical staff as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to emergencies and fire alarms, and performing routine property patrols.
- Document daily activities, incidents, and front desk software, adhering to On-site Procedures and FirstService Residential Policies.
- Valid Ontario Security License
- High school diploma or equivalent, with college-level courses in Business/Hospitality or Police/Security Foundations an asset
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, sit for extended periods, and stand for extended periods
