Job Summary

Fragroma Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Receptionists Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supervising a team of administrative assistants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to clients, visitors, and employees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of administrative assistants, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure they are meeting their job responsibilities.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of equipment, including printers, copiers, and other office machinery.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Co-ordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
