We are seeking a skilled Concrete Forms Carpenter to join our team at Brenta Construction Inc.
Job Summary:The Concrete Forms Carpenter will be responsible for preparing and constructing concrete forms, ensuring they are accurate and meet the required specifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare layouts and forms for concrete pours, using measuring tools and equipment.
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials.
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
- Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
- Read and interpret specifications or follow verbal instructions.
- Move tools, equipment, and other materials as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Manual dexterity and physical stamina.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
The Concrete Forms Carpenter will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with varying locations and tasks.
