Job Summary:

The Heavy Equipment Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, including trucks and automobiles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and lubrication
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with heavy equipment
  • Install replacement parts, such as mufflers and exhaust pipes
  • Provide on-site services to customers
  • Replace oil, air, and fuel filters on motor vehicles and heavy equipment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Specialized environmental skills and knowledge
Work Environment:

The Heavy Equipment Technician will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and manual dexterity. The position requires the ability to work overtime and be physically demanding.
